Our Trees

SPRUCE - Norway Spruce (Picea Abies)

The traditional Christmas Tree with light green, short foliage. This tree tends to be sheared to give a compact and dense shape. It has a good scent and fairly gentle needles, but is not renowned for its needle-retaining properties. The secret is in the freshness of the tree - it should be cut late and cared for on arrival at your premises by de-palletising immediately and stripping off the netting.

Our two main grades are:

Premium (pictured top right) - Very well shaped, with a consistant colour.

Danish Hand Sheared (pictured bottom right) - We found these earlier this year and were quite amazed! It's not a tree that everyone will love, but for those who crave something diferent - this is it! Very similar to the extremely dense, conical type of tree favoured by the Americans.
